Excellent complete stock survivor, indoor stored "unrestored" Original paint, Brand New Dunlop Tires/chrome valve stems,(I bought the bike with original Bridgestones still on it!) New AGM Battery, Odometer reads 6066 miles and from inspection nothing say this is not accurate. Seller was a local Dallas area dealership with all documentation since original purchase. Runs and it handles great, all electrical works 100%. Original Seat in excellent shape. I went through the fuel system ( New Petcock seals/diaphragm) Every component part on this bike has matching etched ID number. Lorenzo And Rossi Unveil Yamaha MotoGP 2014 Livery
Fri, 17 Jan 2014Yamaha’s official MotoGP outfit unveiled the team’s official 2014 livery in front of a packed audience in Jakarta, Indonesia. The team’s two factory riders, Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi, were on hand to proudly showcase their YZF-M1 motorcycles. As expected, blue, Yamaha’s factory color, plays a major role in the color scheme, but unlike last year where it was the dominant color, it is equally offset by contrasting white swaths on the upper fairing, fuel tank, and throughout the lower fairing.
Cyril Despres Signs with Yamaha
Thu, 30 May 2013Five-time Dakar Rally winner Cyril Despres has signed on with Yamaha Motor France to race on the Yamaha YZ450F. Despres won the Dakar Rally in 2005, 2007, 2010, 2012 and 2013 with KTM but parted ways with the Austrian manufacturer in March. For 2014, Despres is trading in KTM Orange for Yamaha Blue, riding with support rider and fellow Frenchman Michael Metge.
