1972 Triumph Chopper 650cc ... Barn Fresh as you can get . Not running but has compression . I have no idea how long it's been sitting stored . Looks complete except clutch lever - front brake lever ... I don't think it would take a whole lot to fire it up but I don't know for sure ... she a head turner Even sitting in a garage it screams I wanna go bar hopping !!! It’s a shameful admission, I know, but I’m a firm believer in the policy of honesty being the best. Enjoying the luxury of working from home, I was only making myself a bacon sandwich with the TV on in the background when excited cries of ‘Freak, Freak!’ from Mrs MF drew my attention to this (see pic).
Speed Triple gets mean
Fri, 29 Oct 2010I headed up the M1 this week to the Triumph Factory in Hinckley. The Speed Triple was due its 12000 mile major service and the workshop also had some new shiny bits to add to the bike for me. Service intervals are every 6000 miles which is more than bearable but the major service will cost you around £450.

Fri, 01 Nov 2013Motorcycle and scooter sales in the U.S. in 2013 remain consistent with last year’s figures, according to data released by the Motorcycle Industry Council. Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.
