2009 TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE CAFE RACER WITH WATER DAMAGE! Bike arrived running with the fluids already drained by the insurance company. After sitting in the garage for some time it started acting funny becoming harder to start. Bike "does not run !" at this time! I have a feeling it is fuel related , most probably the carb/injection system. Clutch lever broke in transit , alloy rims are a bit pitted, front fender has a small crack towards the front tip. Bike has a British customs exhaust, Norman Hyde bars, dart tinted windscreen, café style tail etc. Production date: 2-09. 1st year for fuel injection. Bike is being sold in condition "AS IS!" with a standard good New Jersey "F" title for flood history. In the state of New Jersey you can register this bike with no issues. Please check your local title laws before bidding. This is not a salvage title. I can arrange shipping at a reasonable rate. We are located 45 minutes from major NJ ports for export. Fri, 13 Jan 2012Icon have just released a sequel to last year's popular drift video that featured Nick Brocha on a stretched ZX10 racing alongside a Corvette-Powered RX7. Upping the stakes this time, Brocha is joined by Ernie Vigil, both onboard Triumph Speed Triples that have been built for the sole purpose of moving forward, but sideways. Taking up the rear is a supercharged 550hp Ford Mustang Cobra, quite apt really seeing how the film ends. Like the recent Jorian Ponomareff 'Drift Gymkhana', its great to see another video that does justice to the talent on show.
Recall for 2011-2012 Triumph Tiger 800 and 800XC for Engine Management Software
Thu, 25 Aug 2011Triumph issued a recall for the 2011 and 2012 Tiger 800 and 800XC adventure tourers due to a bug in the engine management software. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the Triumph Tigers’ 800cc Triple engine may stall during deceleration. Riders may also notice lower RPMs indicated on the tachometer at idle.
