Tue, 29 May 2012Marco Melandri earned BMW its second ever World Superbike victory to move into second place in the championship standings behind Max Biaggi in the series’ only stop in the United States. Melandri won a red-flagged Race Two at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park after finishing second to defending WSBK Champion Carlos Checa in Race One to give him 142.5 points on the season, tied with Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes but behind Aprilia‘s Biaggi who leads the way with 160.5 points. Fri, 29 Jun 2012Suzuki showrooms in China are about to look a lot different in a couple of days, with the usual small-displacement single-cylinder motorcycles making way for a couple of big behemoths. The Japanese manufacturer has joint ventures with four Chinese companies offering motorcycles and scooters, primarily small-displacement models. One of those joint ventures is Jinan Qingqi Suzuki Motorcycle Co., which offers models such as the GT125 standard or the QS150 cruiser.

Wed, 05 Jun 2013The Michael Dunlop Show continues with the 24-year-old Northern Irish racer winning his fourth race of the 2013 Isle of Man TT. His latest triumph was a victory in the second Monster Energy Supersport race, making Dunlop just the third rider to ever record four wins in a single TT week. Like his win in the Royal London 360 Superstock race, Dunlop ran most of the race in second place before setting a blazing final lap time for a come-from-behind win.
