7,500 miles. Have brand NEW Dunlop Q3's that i have not mounted yet ($300). Brand new Pazzo Shorty race clutch/brake levers ($250/just installed). M4 exhaust. Toce custom license plate mount with light (NEW). Hotbodies led turnsignals custom (replaces stock mirrors). CRG 2in bar end mirrors (NEW). Brand new black rear seat cowl. Brembo brakes. Have stock windscreen and also have 2 brand new Zero Gravity windscreens as well. A dark smoke stock replacement and also a light smoke double bubble ($200/pair,new). Anti clockwise Knockhill and riding in the North East with GP winners.
Wed, 06 Jun 2012I was both nervous and excited for my first ever reverse direction track day last week at Knockhill. From rushing downhill into the left hand off camber hairpin to sweeping up onto the start/finish, nothing bears any resemblance to riding round clockwise. I actually raced my 350LC in the opposite direction in 1982 but it still took a few laps to get my head round what essentially is a brand new track for Scotland.
2013 AMA Daytona 200 Race Report
Mon, 18 Mar 2013Cameron Beaubier led a parade of Yamaha YZF-R6 racebikes to win the 72nd running of the famed Daytona 200. The Yamaha Extended Service Graves Yamaha rider started from pole position and led for 50 of 57 laps before winning by a 22.254-second margin. Behind Beaubier were four other R6 riders including his teammate Garret Gerloff who finished second.
WSBK 2013: Jerez Race Report
Mon, 21 Oct 2013Eugene Laverty did everything he could, scoring a pair of race wins but it was not enough as Tom Sykes rode smartly and conservatively at the season finale in Spain, securing his first ever World Superbike Championship. Sykes landed in Jerez with a 37-point lead over Laverty and a 38-point lead over Sylvain Guintoli. While Laverty battled Marco Melandri to win Race One, Sykes coasted comfortably in third for most of the race to score 16 points, enough to clinch the title.
