Up for bid is a 2001 SUZUKI GSXR600 with a low reserve. This bike has only 11797 miles and starts right on up and runs fine. The problem is that it has been dropped and there is damage to the plastic, the right footpeg is broken and the right brake lever is broken. The front fender is missing either from damage or for looks and the low beam is disconnected. It has a Yoshimura RS3 exhaust which makes it sound real nice and the eurotail gives it that sleek look. But since it has been down, we are going to be selling it cheap, rather than putting in the time and effort to get what this bike Should draw. Yet, this might be a great opportunity for someone to grab up a nice bike, put a little effort into getting it ship-shape and going out having a lot of fun. May be a cheap way out for a beginner who doesn't want to take a new bike and drop it themselves, causing them to loose a lot of money. Suzuki to Join MotoGP Test at Catalunya
Tue, 26 Feb 2013Suzuki plans to take part in the mid-June MotoGP test at Spain’s Catalunya circuit. If all goes according to plan, the June 17 test, which follows the sixth round of the 2013 MotoGP season, will mark the first time a Suzuki MotoGP bike has shared the track with the prototypes from rival manufacturers Ducati, Honda and Yamaha since 2011. When Suzuki announced its withdrawal from MotoGP racing in 2011, the Japanese manufacturer said it planned to return for the 2014 season.

Fri, 04 May 2012McCarthy’s wit isn’t as quick as his motorcycle. “A prudent man concealeth knowledge: but the heart of fools proclaimeth foolishness.” (Proverbs 12:23 KJV) According to reports, New York State Police arrested Nikkolaus McCarthy, 25, of Charlton, N.Y., this past Wednesday afternoon after he was “clocked” riding his motorcycle at 166 mph on the New York State Thruway in Ravena, N.Y. But it seems McCarthy needs to learn the simple concept of avoiding self-incrimination.
