I rebuilt this matching numbered 1969 Royal Enfield 750 Interceptor Series 2 for myself in the UK style with the four gallon fuel tank and the low handlebars. Included in the photos are one when I bought the bike some years back,of it being worked on, and one of a factory shot of the UK model which I modeled mine after. Did a lot of work and spent quite a bit of money on it.The bike is legally tagged and registered here in Alabama,they didn't have titles here before 1976. I will only accept cash or certified cashiers check for the bike, NO PAYPAL !Any shipping will have to be arranged by the buyer, please contact me with any questions. The On-Road division consists primarily of Victory Motorcycles but also includes Indian Motorcycles, electric vehicle brands Global Electric Motorcars and Goupil. The acquisitions of the latter three brands contributed to nearly a third of the overall growth.
Classic Japanese Bikes Highlight Bonhams’ Next Auction
Mon, 07 Oct 2013Bonhams’ annual fall auction, the Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show, at Stafford County Showground is scheduled for October 20, 2013. Included in the auction is the above pictured 1974 Kawasaki H1-RW 500cc triple. Expected to sell for approximately $96,000 to $112,000, the Japanese works Grand Prix racer is one of only two machines built by the factory for the French Kawasaki importer SIDEMM for use in the 500cc World Championship. The bikes were ridden during the 1974 season by the French endurance racing specialist Christian Léon and French-Canadian Formula 750 star Yvon Duhamel.
