2012 Kawasaki KX 100, 2012 Kawasaki KX 100Bridging the Gap to the Big TimeFollowing the adage to use the right tool for the job, the KX100 is the perfect instrument to help competitive riders step up their game and begin to transition into the big leagues of 250cc full-sized Lites competition. The KX100 helps bridge that huge gap between classes, providing growing adolescent riders with a machine that accommodates both their growing skill base and their size, allowing them to concentrate on honing their capabilities rather than controlling excessive power.Features may includeEngineThe KX100s 99cc liquid-cooled two-stroke engine offers both more power and a broader spread of it than the KX85. NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!
Tue, 14 Jan 2014Dennis Charlett is stamping his authority on the New Zealand Superbike championship. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.
Kawasaki Recalls Concours 14 for Rear Brake Problem A Previous Recall Failed to Fix
Fri, 27 Jul 2012Kawasaki is issuing a recall for the Concours 14 for a rear brake pedal issue the company had previously tried to fix in 2008. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, road debris can get trapped between the brake pedal and a pedal guard, causing slight pressure on the rear brakes. The rear brake drag can cause the brakes to overheat, potentially leading to brake damage, a rear brake lockup or failure of the rear brakes.
Motorcycle Sidecar is Literally a Car

So what are we looking at? It seems to be the deformed love child of a Citroën Xantia and a Kawasaki 1000 RX. This custom project, called “Snaefell“, cost its creator about 15000 Euros and 10 years of part time work.
