Indian SCOUT description

Up for sale is my amazing 2003 Gilroy Indian Scout Deluxe with literally thousands of dollars in options. This great bike is equipped with a $1200.00 one of a kind Extreme Wheels Indian Chief front wheel, another $1200.00 custom RJ Hardbags locking saddle bags, windshield bag, and passenger backrest with sissy bar. As you may know RJ Hardbags was one of the original vendors for Indian Motorcycle before they outsourced saddlebags to Mexico, and they agreed to make a special set of vinyl covered locking hardbags for me. These are very high quality hardbags and with custom Scout lettering. Maybe the only set like them you will find.

I have also installed a Cycle Sounds audio system with USB charging, upgraded Indian horn, chrome Inner and Outer Primaries, custom Indian Tach, Indian custom points and coil cover, arrow shifter rod, front and rear fender tips, Indian factory alarm system, Indian passenger and rider floorboards, Indian two to one exhaust, chrome rocker covers, Indian two up seat, Indian windshield, braided oil lines, easy pull clutch and brake cables, solid polished aluminum rear wheel, custom Indian license plate holder, custom front brake reservoir cover, thermostat dip stick, toggle switches for the headlight and audio system to save battery power and easier starts, new battery and battery tender, upgraded starter, handmade crystal war bonnet fender light, good tires and new brakes, front highway bars and foot pegs, and maybe a few other things I left out. I don't know of anything else that could be added to this bike. It is the most deluxe Indian Scout or for that matter any Indian you will find anywhere!

This bike also has all Federal recalls complied with, including the headlight recall, front fender recall and the recall on the starter switch. Probably the only Gilroy Indian around that has all the recalls completed with factory parts.

This is truly an amazing one of a kind motorcycle, runs great and with only 26,700 miles on it since new. The bike has always had regular maintenance and maintained by Jim's Custom Cycles since I purchased it back in 2004.

Although this is an Indian Scout it is a full size motorcycle, and better equipped than any Chief or Spirit on the market. This is one of only around 500 red Indian Scouts produced and no worries finding parts. The bike is equipped with a time tested S & S 88 cubic inch engine and part replacement has never been an issue.

I have priced this unique Indian Scout for a far price for a fast sell, so call me soon before its gone! At this price this custom bike will not last long
