Runs flawlessly and handles great. I rode around all summer with buds that are riding everything from Triumph 650's to Panheads, Shovels and new Sportsters. I stayed up with them no sweat and with the handling of this bike I can cook a lot of those heavy bikes on curvy roads. Does 75 mph no problem at about 6500 RPM with a 9000 RPM redline. You could ride this thing across the country if you want. The top end does leak a little oil but this is common on the 350four - 550four. There is a lot of oil pressure in the top end and there is a surface that is small in the front of the motor that tends to leak a little. Fortunately this does not affect the compression or how the bike runs at all. It's honestly just an annoyance that can be wiped off the side of the top end. This bike was built this summer for a show and ridden during the summer season in Idaho. This is an Idaho bike with a clean title and located in Los Angeles. Contact Brandon with any questions. Thumbs up for a chilly N.E.C.
Wed, 08 Dec 2010Apart from the freaky weather I have to say last week’s Carole Nash Motorcycle Live N.E.C. show was the best Birmingham event I've attended in the ten years. I really appreciate the fact that manufacturers chose to ignore the recession giving us great stands to cater for every enthusiast young and old. Aprilia made a welcome return and I don’t know anyone that didn’t enjoy admiring the WSB RSV4, surely the the most gorgeous bike on the planet? The Honda stand rarely disappoints and this year was no exception with banking bikes providing fun for all the family.
