Honda CB description

Hate to sell, but health issues forces me to sell my toys and projects. Bike was professionally hardtailed, not a cheap weld on kit.  Custom paint, that must be seen to appreciate, TC Bros apes, bike is kick start only, starts on the first time, most times.  Ive ridden this bike on 2000 mile long trips without a single issue.  Fresh tune up this spring, bike runs really well. And has lots of power.  Im 6-1 200lbs and fits me well.  Has forward controls from TC Bros also.  Has descent rubber on it.  Good for another season.  Miles on bike are unknown.  No speedo or odometer.  I wouldn't even guess.  But its a Honda.  Most of bike has been blacked out. Has just the bare bones, like a bobber should.  Gets lots of attention.  People will walk past most Harleys to look at this bike.  Like I said I hate to sell, and don't have to.  If I don't get close to what im looking for Ill keep it.  Really in need of a 4x4 truck.  Email with questions, no tire kickers, cash gets a test drive.  No scams

Calling all motorcycle geeks. Can you identify this bike? It's from a Honda patent dating back to around 1992 and coinciding with both the original Fireblade design and the RC45 designs being patented.

2014 Honda CTX700 Recalled in Canada for ABS Issue

Thu, 11 Jul 2013

Transport Canada announced a recall for the new Honda CTX700 because of a manufacturing error in its anti-lock braking system. The Canadian recall applies to both the CTX700N and the partially-faired CTX700T (known simply as the Honda CTX700 in the U.S. market and other markets.) According to the recall notice, the ABS modulator may have been manufactured incorrectly and could potentially fail, allowing the front and/or rear wheels to lock up under heavy braking, increasing the risk of a crash.

Dan Gurney’s Two-wheeled Terror at IMS

Tue, 09 Dec 2008

When the Gurney Alligator A6 made its debut in 2002, the world saw a glimpse of a new concept in sport motorcycles. Long, low, quick and efficient like its namesake, the ’Gator was like nothing we’d seen before. The bike was the brainchild of Dan Gurney, the legendary F1 and Le Mans winning driver and championship-winning sports car builder.
