2011 HARLEY DAVIDSON STREET GLIDE FLHX RUNS, CLEAN TITLE, BUT WAS DROPPED

NADA Retail Value $14,615 - Dealer trade in value $12,410

Local bike. The bike was dropped by one of our previous customers. It was sold back to us as they didn't want to deal with the repairs. We are selling as-is. This is a great opportunity for a fixer upper with a clean PA title. From what we were told, the bike was dropped at a low speed on the left side to try to avoid hitting a car. It doesn't appear the front end hit anything as the front fender has no damage but I recommend taking it apart to make sure. The biggest damage is to the inner fairing. I would guess the windshield hit something and pulled the fairing back. Other than minor scratches the outer fairing appears to be good looking from the outside.

The bike starts and I took it down the street and back.

Tank & fenders appear to be good.

bags are good other than scratches (primarily on left side where it was dropped

Engine guard needs replaced

Inner fairing needs replaced and I would guess supports

Radio is not working but it could be something as simple as plug pulling out as it was working before being dropped

We haven't taken anything apart to itemize repairs. What you see if what you get.

Sold AS-IS

You are welcome to come and check it put prior to purchase.

Laguna Seca Added to 2014 AMA Superbike Schedule

Thu, 13 Mar 2014

AMA Superbike will be racing at Laguna Seca this year after all, with AMA Pro Racing announced the addition of the Monterey, Calif., circuit to its 2014 schedule, joining the World Superbike Championship on July 11-13. Laguna Seca was not included in AMA Pro Racing’s calendar, but its addition now increases the number of rounds in the series to six. That’s still down from the nine rounds held in 2013, but the absence of Laguna Seca and its famed Corkscrew would have been an especially tough loss.

Afghan Heroes tribute Harley MT350

Tue, 29 Nov 2011

The above Harley-Davidson MT350 has been created in honor of the UK soldiers killed over the last ten years in the Afghanistan conflict. This particular MT350 was previously used by British forces in Afghanistan and will now act as a memorial for the charity Afghan Heroes. The tribute was created by Paul Ferguson and Martin Turner, and now features the name of each fallen serviceman or woman, accompanied by their age and the date they were killed in action.
