Buyer's Inspection: I did my best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. We welcome a Buyer's Inspection. If you plan to have a Buyer's Inspection, please make sure you have the vehicle inspected prior to the end of the auction. Inspection fees, if any, are the "Buyer's" sole responsibility.
Warranty: Unless stated otherwise, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by the "Seller", nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by "Bidders" in making bids.
Payments: A deposit of $500.00 by Pay Pal (non-refundable) must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the Auction. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST fax a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days unless other arrangements are approved. Balance must be in certified funds, cash or bank wire. Pay Pal or credit cards are not allowed for the balance of the transaction.
Taxes and Fees: "Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered.
Finalizing Your Purchase: Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 7 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. The Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame announced it will induct five new members for 2013. The Hall also announced it will add one new member to its Freedom Fighters Hall of Fame. For 2013, the Hall will welcome to its ranks motorcycle attorney Russ Brown, custom chopper builder Rick Fairless (pictured above), Harley-Davidson dealer Bill Gikling, actor Marjoe Gortner of the television special “Sturgis: The Great Ride”, and antique motorcycle expert Lonnie Isam, Sr.

On Tuesday, August 5th, at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip, the sixth annual Biker Belles symposium presented by Harley-Davidson kicks off at The Lodge at Deadwood. Proceedings get underway with filmmaker, Michelle Carpenter, showing a clip from her new documentary about women riders, “Driven to Ride.”
When Carpenter finishes, a panel of leading industry women will address attending participants, including motivational speaker and safety expert, Cat Hammes; Team Diva owner, Diva Amy Skaling; ROAR Motorcycles founder, Kathy Tolleson; National Online Director of Marketing & PR for Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys, Audrey Nesbitt; drag racer, Andie Gaskins; and more. While at the time, most of the attention was on President Barack Obama, motorcycle enthusiasts would have surely noticed the one-of-a-kind 2009 Harley-Davidson Police concept Tri-Glide Ultra Classic which led the inauguration parade to the White House on January 20th. Lieutenant Scott Fear, Commander of the U.S. Park Police Motor Unit, led a dozen side car-equipped Electra Glides in a formation riding the heavily modified Trike, which was sourced by Harley-Davidson of Frederick.
