I bought this bike from an adult rider who had babied it "As I Have" Has always been garage kept. Only has 6933 miles! Hard to find White Ice Pearl/Black Ice Pearl 2- tone was an expensive custom color direct from the factory.The 2010 model came standard with 96" motor and -speed transmission. It also has a chrome nostalgic tank console with the retro speedometer face and 2-tone leather tank panel with matching sissy bar back rest trim along with a ton of factory chrome,factory option smooth profile spoke wheels with wide tires.Other options include deluxe detachable windshield, engine guard, large passenger seat, matching windshield pouch, set of new wind deflectors. Fully seviced, fresh fluids, new Harley Davidson battery. Ready to ride. I looked a long time to find this bike and truely hate to let her go but I need the money for down payment on a home. Fri, 04 Oct 2013On January 9, 2014, during the fourth annual Las Vegas Sale of motorcycles at Bally’s Hotel and Casino, Bonhams, the world’s largest auction house for cars, motorcycles and memorabilia, will be auctioning off over 50 motorcycles from the extensive Wayne Pierce family museum collection, all offered at no reserve. Among the machines is a first-year Harley-Davidson Sportster believed to be the 10th XL883 produced in 1957, a 1933 Harley VLE police bike that saw actual duty on the streets of Chicago before being cast in the 1987 Kevin Costner gangster movie, “The Untouchables,” and an authentic and unrestored 1947 Harley Knucklehead wearing period aftermarket accessories. Wayne “Pappy” Pierce started his Harley-Davidson dealership in 1957, run out of a one-room tin shed in DeKalb, Illinois.

Fri, 31 Jan 2014Billie Leo Standley died last weekend from lung cancer, but before he died, the 82-year-old wished for the world to know he was going to ride off to heaven. To accomplish this wish, Standley and his family made arrangements for him to buried in a Plexiglas casket riding his 1967 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide.
