Harley-Davidson Softail description

About this Motorcycle

1995 Harley-Davidson Springer SOFTAIL, This is a very nice 1995 Springer Softail (FXSTS) This bike has never been down. It rides nice and smooth but also has a sport feel to it. It has great power for a 1430 V-Twin with only a few upgrades, A Mikuni HSR 42 Carb. Andrews 29 cam, and a Vance & Hinds Header. The front wheel is a new HD scallop rim with SS spokes and the rear wheel is a solid rim. the tires are Dunlop D402F made for Harleys with only about 600 miles on them. And it has a lot of other extras. LED brake & turn lights, 55 Watt riding lights that light up the hole freeway they are tucked away by the head light, they give the front a cool look. Kuryakyn pegs and grips. 4 seats sissybar with luggage rack. Tac that you can change, 7 colors. MOON oil gauge. K&N air filter. Braded cables and brake lines. Extra 5 gal tanks, fenders front and rear (new) you can have them painted custom, that was what I was going to do. and more. But the bike is not perfect it dose have some scratches on the rear fender (not bad but you can see them if you look) The front rocker box has some faded chrome on the top cover easy to change. but other then that it is a nice Springer. Harley quit making the springer about 4 years ago. It has a classic and a sporty look to it and rides great. This bike with all the extras is a great deal. I take care of my bikes and cars very well ! I accept PayPal for down payment and CASH upon pick up. A $500 dollar down payment is due with in 48 hours of purchase. $8500.00 .     I reserve the right to cut this listing short, I have this bike listed in other publications.    Buyer will arrange all shipping.    All sales are final.     If you have any questions please ask. If you want to see the bike that is fine just ask and make appointment.

Harley’s Ed Krawiec is 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Champ

Mon, 14 Nov 2011

Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Ed Krawiec is the 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle world champion. Krawiec clinched the title with a second-round win at the Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals at Auto Club Raceway that eliminated Lucas Oil Buell rider Hector Arana Jr., the only rider in the field with a chance to overtake Krawiec for the championship. Krawiec advanced to the final round and lost to his Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines teammate Andrew Hines, who finished the season third in points. More from Harley-Davidson on Krawiec’s win: “I think this is really a statement on the season, to end it with an all-Harley final and the championship, and with Willie G.

The container, which appears to be the cargo area of a box truck, is believed to be one of the first notable pieces of debris set adrift by the 2011 Japanese tsunami to land in North America. Beachcomber Peter Mark discovered the containerwhile riding his ATV along an isolated beach on Graham Island, an island south of the Alaskan Panhandle.

Would you pay £160,000 for this?

Thu, 05 Jan 2012

Pretty it may be, but you wouldn't catch me spending £160,000 on this 1915 Harley-Davidson 11-F Twin that's coming up for sale at a Bonhams auction. It's allegedly one of the most sought-after Harleys and has buyers from around the world itching to splash out on it. Not literally, you'd hope.
