1200 Pro Sportster Drag Bike Harley-Davidson 1992 5-Speed Sportster This is for a highly modified Sportster Drag bike made for 1/8th mile races. Bike is ready to race, no blown engine on this baby! Lets start with whats done, starting from the Top of the Engine to the Bottom. So The Rocker Boxes are off a buel, cast finish, not polished, not chromed, not painted. The Rockers are Roller Rockers, 1.675 Ratio. Cometic Gaskets. Head Breather Rocker Boxes Buell Lightning Heads 62cc Chambers that have been machined to 30 degree domes. Valves are Stock Buell Lightning Size: 1.715" diameter intake valves, 1.480" diameter exhaust valves Intake and Exhaust ports have been ported and then flowed. They are NOT Polished. Stock Color , Aluminum Raw. 2013 Harley-Davidson Breakout Unveiled at Daytona Bike Week

Presented at the 2013 Daytona Bike Week, the 2013 Harley-Davidson Breakout offers a similar low and muscular profile as the CVO version but at prices starting at $17,899 compared to the premium model’s $26,999 price point. Tom Roderick reviewed the 2013 Harley-Davidson CVO Breakout last August, saying it “continues the tradition of exclusivity, performance and style customers have come to expect from Harley-Davidson’s Custom Vehicle Operations.” But take away the premium CVO features and what do you have?

Fri, 19 Dec 2008Every year it seems that newspaper advertisements, radio and TV commercials for Christmas start earlier and earlier. As soon as the sun begins to set on Halloween, department stores begin packing shelves and websites start stocking inventory in preparation for the impending feeding frenzy that will occur for the most commercial of holidays next to valentine’s day. While spending the holiday with family normally keeps me blitzed off eggnog and most of these aforementioned advertisements are enough to make me want to book a cruise for an entire fortnight at the end of December, this one commercial for Harley-Davidson made me laugh.

Riding events all over the world bring in untold millions of dollars for numerous worthy charities. Keeping with this theme, one hardy Canadian rider is braving the Great White North’s frigid winter temperatures by riding his Harley coast to coast to raise awareness for diabetes, a disease that has seen a rapid explosion of new afflictions.
