Buell Motorcycles Shut Down [video]
Thu, 15 Oct 2009Update Nov 13: Last Buell Motorcycle Rolls Off the Line An emotional Erik Buell has posted a video on the Buell Motorcycle site officially announcing that Harley-Davidson has shut down all Buell motorcycle production. Harley-Davidson will honor all warranties for Buell owners, Buell dealers will still be selling the limited supply of bikes that are currently on hand. Visit Motorcycle.com News for more details. Erik Buell Racing Teams with Hero MotoCorp
Wed, 22 Feb 2012In a case of East meets West, Hero MotoCorp has signed a partnership agreement with Erik Buell Racing that will see the Indian manufacture sponsor the EBR AMA Superbike team and potentially introduce Buell-designed motorcycles to India. Hero MotoCorp will sponsor riders Danny Eslick and Geoff May and their EBR 1190RS race bikes in the AMA Superbike Championship. Eslick will represent Team Hero while May will represent AMSOIL Hero.
