BMW Other description

SPECTACULAR Condition! At 41,000 miles this bike is barely broken in, this bike is good for hundreds of thousands more miles! Needs absolutely nothing, has everything you might need for an adventure. I am the third owner and have lots of the service records/receipts from all owners. Has tires with less than 1,500 miles on them. Paint is great! Engine runs smooth and plenty of power. There is so much to say about the bike that I could go on and on about it. Includes 2 service manuals, books, dvd.

Email me any specific questions about the bike.
Bike has well over $6,000 in accessories, none of which are just for show just so the bike can look cool, they are all useful upgrades to the bike.
Accessories include:
Sargent Seat
Aeroflow Windshield and Headlight cover.
Jesse Luggage (3) Pictures show a smaller top trunk, I replaced it with a larger 2 helmet Jesse top trunk.
Touratech Hardparts
Crash Bars
Set of Hella Lamps

New: BMW Streetguard 2 Jacket

Wed, 01 Oct 2008

BMW clothing offer an array of sizing, not just ‘small, medium and large’ of other manufacturers. They will let you pre-order a choice of size combinations to try with no obligation to purchase. As for the quality you’d think you were on a visit to Nasa with everything they’ve thrown into their textiles – Gore-tex laminated with Armacor provides abrasion and heat resistance.

BMW Design Chief David Robb Steps Down; Edgar Heinrich Named Successor

Mon, 30 Jan 2012

David Robb, the man responsible for BMW‘s split-face motorcycle design, has left the German manufacturer. A native of Boston, Mass., Robb joined BMW as its design chief in 1993, and over the ensuing 18 years expanded the company’s product line to include the top selling R1200GS, the six-cylinder K1600GT and GTL, and the S1000RR superbike (that’s him on the far right in the picture above). The 56-year-old’s latest design to enter production are the C600 Sport and C650GT maxi-scooters.
