This LT is in excellent condition HOWEVER it has a small gas leak on the right side that needs repair. The paint and seat are in excellent condition. The cruise control works great, the electric windshield works and the heated grips work. This LT is a joy to ride and engine, transmission and final drive are in good shape. Tires are good and the rear only has 1500 miles on it. The fuel leak is probably a rubber fuel line and if you’re a mechanic, I estimate a repair of $50

Has a few stratches and pieces broken where he had dropped it (heavy bike/high center of gravity). Comes with a six CD disk player, intercom system for two riders, heated grips, ultra high light bulbs, a 2 meter amateur radio, air horns (load pipes save's lives), new front tire (Metzler), and tools. It has had a final drive seal replaced about five years ago. Bike has a new battery and runs but has been sitting for some time.

In September, BMW announced it donated an R18 Transcontinental to be blessed by Pope Leo XIV and auctioned off to benefit children in Madagascar. That auction took place October 18 through Sotheby's at Motorworld, in Munich, Germany, with the Vatican-themed touring bike sold for 130,000 euros.

Pricing starts at $6,599 for the base model, $7,499 for the SE version Kawasaki announced a new KLE500 adventure bike with rally-inspired styling and a lightweight chassis. The KLE fills a gap in Kawasaki’s adventure lineup between the Versys-X 300 and Versys 650, but it’s interesting the company opted against using the Versys branding on the 500. The name harkens back to the original KLE500, which was in production from 1991 until 2007 when it was replaced by the Versys 650 (which uses the model code KLE650).
