For sale is my 2007 Yamaha r1. Bike is in perfect condition. Bike is painted Dodge Viper red and black. Gold painted wheels(powder coated), H.I.D headlights, frame plugs, puig windscreen, seat cowl, carbon fiber exhaust, integrated brake and turn signal and blacked out everything(powder coated).
As I am no longer riding due to back issues, I have included everything I own for the bike. HJC helmet medium, cortech gloves medium, icon arc jacket large, front and rear bike stands, handle bar straps and battery charger. I also have original seat and rear pegs for the passenger. Jacket does have stains from dry cleaners, but still in great shape. Bike is well maintained with regular oil changes, has a kn air filter and iridium plugs. No engine work done on bike, engine is stock. I am selling the bike because no time to ride anymore and lower back pain. Bike is in great condition(see pictures) and all sales are final(no returns). 2014 Yamaha MT-09 Street Tracker Revealed

Following the original model and the Street Rally comes the new Yamaha MT-09 Street Tracker. Unfortunately it looks like the Street Tracker will be a special edition variant only available in Europe, though many of the parts may be available in Yamaha’s part catalog.

Mon, 06 Jan 2014KTM rookie Ken Roczen captured his first 450 class win in the AMA Supercross world championship, taking the season opener at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif. An audience of 45,050 fans watched a clean race from the rookie while errors by veterans like James Stewart and three-time reigning champion Ryan Villopoto knocked them out of contention. Villopoto had a strong start, taking the holeshot and leading the first eight laps, just like the Kawasaki rider had done so often the last few seasons.

Wed, 03 Aug 2011A drop in net sales, an appreciating yen and the fallout from the March 11 earthquake and tsunamis in Japan contributed to a 4.6% drop in profit for Yamaha Motor Co. over the second quarter of 2011. Over the quarter ended June 30, 2011, Yamaha saw a 5.9% drop in net sales compared to the same period in 2010.Yamaha reports sales of 344.5 billion yen (US$4.48 billion) over the second quarter, compared to the 366.3 billion yen (US$4.77 billion) reported in the same quarter in 2010.
