....2003 Yamaha YZF600R "Thundercat" in silver and black. Google this model if you are not familiar. This has been a great bike for me, has never let me down but it's time to let it go. Has 12,050 miles.
Starts, idles, shifts and rides great. I've had a lot of fun with this bike but have not ridden it hard, no wheelies, burnouts, stunts or wrecks, it's been well taken care of. Oil change to Lucas full synthetic plus K&N oil filter, coolant flush and change and new gold 530 DID chain all less than 50 miles ago so all of that's basically brand new. I just polished it with Honda spray and polish and used 303 Aerospace protectant so it looks great. Has Dunlop sportmax qualifiers front and rear that still have a lot of life in them. Has excellent sounding Yoshimura pipe, Zero Gravity windshield and flush turn signals up front. Also has a great Flosser horn that works wonderful if you're concerned about getting cut off by anyone in traffic. This bike is ready to go you won't have to do anything to it. Clear title. Yamaha Kicks Off 2013 MotoGP Promotional Campaign with Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo – Video
Tue, 15 Jan 2013We’re just over two weeks into the new year which means it’s time for MotoGP teams to start the promotional push for their 2013 MotoGP programs. Ducati is set to reveal its Desmosedici GP13 today at its annual Wrooom ski event with Ferrari‘s Formula One team later today, but Yamaha has gotten the jump on its Italian rival by releasing new photographs and a video of ex-Ducati rider Valentino Rossi and reigning World Champion Jorge Lorenzo. Also revealed is the 2013 Yamaha M1, though the racebike is shrouded in graphical overlays of its pilots and devoid of any sponsor logos including the newly signed supporter Monster Energy.

Mon, 24 Mar 2014James Stewart captured his series-leading fourth AMA Supercross 450 class win of the season, giving him sole possession of second place on the overall career wins list ahead of Ricky Carmichael and behind Jeremy McGrath. The win also helped Stewart gain some ground on points leader Ryan Villopoto who suffered from a bout of food poisoning. Villopoto was examined at a Toronto hospital and released in time for the opening ceremonies.

Thu, 26 Jan 2023Everythings installed and initial impressions. It’s been about a month since we introduced Motorcycle.com’s 2022 Yamaha MT-10 SP semi-long-term project bike. In case you forgot the premise of this whole thing, Yamaha offered us the opportunity to hang on to an MT-10 SP for an extended period of time, and since I have a soft spot for the bike, I decided to give it some tasteful upgrades to address some key weaknesses while also unleashing some trapped potential.
