2003 Yamaha R1 with 21xxx miles and a clear title in hand.
Mileage will slowly increase I have never dropped my bike. It has been tastefully stretched and lowered, and also contains other various aftermarket goods (featured in the photos). The bike starts cold and warm with zero issues, and is both fully functional and mechanically sound. It also sounds great! It can use minor touches to be prepared for the next full season such as new seats or simply be reupholstered, a new set of tires, and the paint has began to crack on the rear fairings (NO DAMAGE TO THE PLASTIC). Aside from that, it is in clean overall condition and receives lots of compliments as-is. The bike is ready to ride, I drive it everyday. I am asking $4,500 or best reasonable offer. Yamaha Wraps Up Sepang MotoGP Test
Thu, 02 Feb 2012Pre-season test lap times aren’t a precise barometer for how the 2012 MotoGP Championship season will go, but Yamaha has to feel good about its results after this week’s testing at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit. Last February at Sepang, Honda riders were the talk of the preseason session, taking three of the top four lap times on each day of the test. That pattern repeated itself in the final championship standings with Casey Stoner taking the championship, Dani Pedrosa finishing third and Andrea Dovizioso fourth.
