Hi craigslist i am selling my 2001 Yamaha yz 125 for $1500 negotiable . I have had the bike for over 5 yrs and rebuilt it three times including last week. The bike has almost and hour on the new motor which replaced the crankshaft/assembly, all seals, head bolts, piston/rings. This year i recently had the cylinder sent out to get re plated so the bike has lots of life left.Also never raced just kept these plastics on because the monster graphics and color.Selling because i want to buy a four stroke in the future, great bike for someone still into the 2 strokes.no rust,no leaks, all fluids just done Septemeber 15th, wheelies in gears 1-6 BIKE RUNS AMAZING SEE FOR YOURSELF! plenty extra parts/plasticscall/text Joe if interested. Mon, 03 Mar 2014Ryan Dungey captured his first win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season in a wild main event that saw two of the top title contenders crashing on the starting straight at Indianapolis‘ Lucas Oil Stadium. Smartop MotoConcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi took the holeshot for the second race in a row, but the big news was incoming points leader Ryan Villopoto and Ken Roczen going down before the first turn. Roczen trailed Villopoto by nine points going into the Indianapolis round, but the KTM rookie’s hopes of overtaking the reigning champion took a blow when he went down on the straight, knocking Villopoto off in the process.
2011 Yamaha Vino Classic Recalled for Drum Brake Issue
Thu, 26 Sep 2013Yamaha is recalling 2011 Vino Classic scooters because of a problem with its brakes. More specifically, the brake shoe linings may separate from the shoe due to a lack of proper adhesion, reducing brake performance and increasing the risk of a crash. The problem can affect both the front and rear drum brakes.
