Up for sale here is a true 98% original 76 YZ 400. I will start out with my camera sucks and the photos do not do the bike justice. It starts right up and runs Great!! Seriously this bike is so original it is Awesome!! It has a dent in the tank on the left side as you are sitting on the bike( not real bad) Original seat is great! Even the original handlebars, With slight bend an easy fix. Exhaust is perfect with no dents or rust holes, Fork tubes are great, Wheels spin straight, Only bad is the kick stand mount has been welded back on( fine though) Air forks still hold air just fine, Air box all intact in nice shape with new filters, Even has the original kill button, As you can see in one of the photos there is a pile of NOS parts that go with the bike. And check it out both of the air canister rubber covers are still on it. You will NEVER find another like it as this bike was only built for I year only. NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!
Tue, 14 Jan 2014Dennis Charlett is stamping his authority on the New Zealand Superbike championship. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.
Isle of Man TT 2013: Dainese Superbike Race Results
Mon, 03 Jun 2013It was delayed by a day but the Isle of Man TT’s Dainese Superbike race finally went underway Sunday. Originally scheduled to open the 2013 Isle of Man TT, the race was pushed back a day because poor weather earlier in the week prevented proper practice and qualifying. Even then, the Superbike race was delayed 45 minutes from its rescheduled start time due to a traffic accident.

Schwantz leads the group of six racers, past and present, selected by helmet-maker Arai to take part in the parade lap of the Isle of Man’s Mountain Course. Schwantz has visited the Isle of Man before, but this will mark his first closed lap of the circuit.
