Yamaha XS description

Just finished this beauty! 100% completely rebuilt motor, fully custom frame and everything else. All professionally built by my hands.

Clear 1976 Yamaha title, all matching numbers on frame and motor! Only 500 miles on fresh complete rebuild!!

This bike was built proper over the last 6 months. Frame fully tig welded straight and balanced.

Motor runs like it's brand new, COMPLETELY taken apart and rebuilt w/ all new seals and gaskets.

All tins were powdercoated aluminum / chrome then painted House of Kolor candy green metal flake and Jet Black.
Custom 2 tone seat in faux leather / ostrich pattern.
New AGM maintenance free battery.
Custom built exhaust w/ harley baffle for perfect back-pressure. (not anoying loud, yet far from quiet)
Lots more: Check pictures

It kicked on the first kick right when I took it down from the lift! I rode around Vegas and put around 250 miles on it that day.
All tuned and runs fantastic for a 30+ year old bike!!
I got back from my honeymoon this past week and wanted to see how many kicks it would take after sitting for 2 weeks cold start... again - FIRST KICK!! fired right up! just an awesome feeling when that happens, especially with these old bikes.

PLEASE READ:
Starts on 1 or 2 kicks everytime, valves and timing chain adjusted. Runs rides and stops great. Starter is still on bike, just not wired up. The turn signals are installed, not wired as well.
THIS BIKE IS BARE BONES!!! Meant to be a Bar-hopper. No Speedo, or bells and whistles. Certain states don't require them.
Turn the key, lights come on, kickstart and ride. Easy peasy.
THIS IS A CUSTOM BUILT CLASSIC MOTORCYCLE. Not a factory bike you get from a store w/ a warranty!!! Please know what you are bidding on.
Bike is professionally built and is listed to the best of my knowledge.

Sold AS-IS. You buy it, it's yours, NO RETURNS!
Local Pickup only from my home in LAS VEGAS, NV

The race inspired Zuma 50FX and the bold and aggressive designed Zuma 50F are equipped with a low maintenance, fuel injected 49cc four-stroke engine that gets an incredible 132mpg.

Jorge Lorenzo Gets His Motorcycle License

Thu, 08 Mar 2012

2010 MotoGP Champion Jorge Lorenzo has earned his A2 Spanish motorcycle license. Last month, we learned Lorenzo was practicing for the test on a Yamaha YB250R motorcycle, and now the Yamaha factory racer has completed the practical portion of the test. Here he is pictured with his riding teacher Xavi Vallejo (and wouldn’t it be cool to tell people you taught a MotoGP World Champion how to ride a motorcycle?).
