Yamaha V Star description
Im selling a Yamaha Vstar Classic 650 for 3800 OBO. The bike is in good condition and has recently had a tune up done in July. Its a great bike and its ready to ride. I also recently bought brand new Metzler tires for both front and back. I decided to sell my bike because I don't have time to ride it as much as I'd like and would rather have someone else enjoy it. The bikes mileage is pretty low at 13,4XX. I also added the leather saddle bags with the mounts, the engine guard, the windshield (not pictured), and the back rest. Yamaha Teases New Supersport Reveal for Nov. 3 + Video
Wed, 01 Oct 2014Yamaha fans expecting to hear big news from the Tuning Fork brand at Intermot may be a bit disappointed the Cologne show only brought us a refreshed XJR1300, the MT-07 Moto Cage stunt variant and a futuristic three-wheeled concept model. The first two aren’t likely to come to North America and the third might never see production. But fear not, as while most of the motorcycle world was focused on Intermot, Yamaha released a video teasing a “new era” supersport announcement for Nov.
2014 Yamaha Crosser 150 BlueFlex Announced for Brazil
Mon, 10 Feb 2014Yamaha revealed a new ethanol-powered dual-sport for the Brazilian market called the XTZ150S Crosser BlueFlex. Designed specifically for Brazil, the Crosser 150 is Yamaha’s latest ethanol fuel model, sharing the same engine as the Fazer 150 BlueFlex. The engine is a 149cc single-cylinder engine with the second-generation version of Yamaha’s BlueFlex system, allowing it to run on gasoline or ethanol.
Rumor: Yamaha Developing Inline Three Roadster
Wed, 25 Jan 2012French motorcycle outlet Moto Revue reports Yamaha is developing a new three-cylinder middleweight. Citing an internal Yamaha document, Moto Revue reports the new naked model will feature an inline Triple engine, aluminum perimeter frame, upside-down fork and a triple-pipe exhaust like the MV Agusta F3 and Brutale 675. Yamaha has produced a Triple before, offering the XS750 from 1976-1979 before replacing it with the XS850 in 1980 and 1981 (pictured above is the 1981 Yamaha XS850.) The potential new model is still likely to be years away, so its look is yet to be determined, though Moto Revue does have a rendering that borrows some of the design elements from the FZ8.
