Master Of Torque: Motorcycle Anime By Yamaha Final Installment

If you’re into motorcycles, big, puppy dog eyes, dramatic Japanese dialogue with English subtitles, and subliminal Yamaha references then check out Master of Torque, Yamaha’s original anime series. The final installment in the three-part series is set to release tomorrow. Set in Tokyo, Japan in the year 2017, three years before the city’s hosting of the 2020 Olympic Games, the show focuses on the exploits of three young motorcyclists and highlights Yamaha’s FZ-09 and FZ-07.

In past years, the biennial Auto Expo in India slipped under the radar while the industry was focused more on shows such as EICMA in Italy and Intermot in Germany. But with India’s middle class starting to flex its financial muscle while other markets continue to struggle, the New Delhi show is becoming much more prominent, with major OEMs positioning themselves to claim a piece of the India’s 13 million vehicles-a-year market. Sturgis Motorcycle Hall of Fame Announces 2013 Induction Class

The Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame announced it will induct five new members for 2013. The Hall also announced it will add one new member to its Freedom Fighters Hall of Fame. For 2013, the Hall will welcome to its ranks motorcycle attorney Russ Brown, custom chopper builder Rick Fairless (pictured above), Harley-Davidson dealer Bill Gikling, actor Marjoe Gortner of the television special “Sturgis: The Great Ride”, and antique motorcycle expert Lonnie Isam, Sr.
