Yamaha Raider description

If you are looking for a powerful cruiser I have the 1 for you. I have a nine Yamaha Raider S with 17,696mis on it with close to $3k in accessories. Below is the list of accessories that I have on the bike. I just had new Avon tires front and rear put on the bike. I run a 240 on the rear for better handling and looks. I also replaced the clutches and did the spring conversion kit last summer as well. I had the bike dynode at a Harley rally a few years back at 94HP and 112 torque at the tire (about 108HP & 129 torque at the engine). It is a fun bike and looks great too. I have never laid the bike down. I have run Amsoil in the bike from the 1st oil change. I am asking $9,100 OBO. I might even throw in a Craftsman motorcycle jack, Cortech four-season jacket ($200 new), and a half helmet for the right price. I can also deliver for a small fee. The bike is for sale locally so I could end sale at anytime. Snow riding and my new LC

Mon, 21 Jan 2013

I reckon the only thing to do when the snow comes is to get on a bike and my weapon of choice is usually a Yamaha TTR 125. I’ve had TTRs in the garage now for around eight years after Raceways Yamaha in Fleetwood put some on offer for just £900 and apart from a few broken spokes and worn out gearbox sprockets they have been indestructible. One of the two has an electric start and incredibly starts as easily as the day I took delivery.

2012 Yamaha TMax Scooter Unveiled At EICMA

Wed, 09 Nov 2011

Not one to rest on its laurels, Yamaha’s sportbike/scooter hybrid, the TMax, was unveiled earlier today at EICMA with a few important upgrades to keep it ahead of the competition. The most apparent change from the previous generation TMax is the redesigned bodywork, which boasts an even more aggressive look while maintaining the classic TMax looks. The distinctive double headlights, enhanced accent lines, and an upwards-swooping LED tail assembly all lend to highlight the TMax’s sporting nature.

Yamaha XTW250 RYOKU Concept at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show

Fri, 02 Dec 2011

Of the concept models Yamaha announced it would introduce at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show, it was the heavy-duty looking XTW250 RYOKU concept that drew the most attention from our readers. Here we have new photographs of Yamaha’s “SUV motorcycle” from the show floor of the Tokyo Motor Show courtesy of Colum Wood, editor of our sister site Autoguide.com, who was in attendance. Yamaha describes the XTW250 RYOKU concept as an “unrestricted, anytime, anywhere” mobility vehicle offering performance, operability the capacity to carry heavy loads.
