Yamaha Other tech info
Yamaha Other description
Selling a 2009 Yamaha Tmax 500, 20,270 miles, excellent condition, never dropped or abused. I'm the third owner and have been using it for occasional commuting and riding around town for the past 3 years (never ridden in the rain). It's been incredibly reliable and fun to ride, it has plenty of power to handle freeway speeds. Gas mileage is great, easy to get 45-50mpg.
It comes with a few mods: a very comfortable Corbin seat (I will also supply the stock seat), a Laminar Lip windshield add-on to reduce wind turbulence on the freeway, a matching Yamaha top case, smoke turn signal lenses, a RAM mount on the clutch reservoir to attach a GPS unit or phone holder, a pigtail connector to hook up a Battery Tender. Other than that it's completely stock and runs beautifully. I just had an oil/oil filter/air filter change done a couple of months ago, plus I will include a new set of front and rear brake pads.
Please email me and I'll send you a link to the complete photo gallery.
Clean title in hand. Please email with any question, thanks for looking!

Movistar To Be Yamaha MotoGP Title Sponsor For 5-Years
Wed, 05 Mar 2014Finding sponsors for U.S. racing might be next to impossible, but this isn’t the case elsewhere, as Movistar, a telecommunications arm of Spanish company Telefonica, has signed on to be the title sponsor for the Factory Yamaha MotoGP team for the next five years. Short of the 20-year relationship between Honda and Repsol, this comes as one of the more significant sponsorship deals in recent memory.
The Diavel rocks!
Thu, 21 Jul 2011The Diavel is my new bike of the year. Not being a huge Ducati fan, when I was thrown the keys of this monster at Silverstone on Tuesday I was expecting an ill handling, weighty beast that would run out of revs and scare me to death. Well I couldn’t have been more wrong as I had an absolute blast.
