 Up for auction is a 1969 Triumph TR 6 C. This bike has been restored. The bolts have been cad plated, Dunlop rims re chromed,Headlight has been re chromed, new fenders and exhaust. Black parts on the bike have been powder coated.The gas tank is a nos and this is the first time it ever had gas in it. The gas tank does have a few chips in the paint and scratches from sitting on a shelf for 47 years. The motor was completely rebuilt from bottom to top, by a Engine builder that is an expert in British Bike Restorations.  Bike runs, rides and stops as it should. Transmission shifts as it should. Comes with a Clear Michigan Title in my name. Look at all the photos and ask questions before bidding. Bike is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. Recall for 2011-2012 Triumph Tiger 800 and 800XC for Engine Management Software

Triumph issued a recall for the 2011 and 2012 Tiger 800 and 800XC adventure tourers due to a bug in the engine management software. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the Triumph Tigers’ 800cc Triple engine may stall during deceleration. Riders may also notice lower RPMs indicated on the tachometer at idle.

Triumph Motorcycles Produces 500,000th in John Bloor Hinckley Era

Triumph is celebrating the 500,000th motorcycle produced in the John Bloor era with a tour across the United Kingdom with English stand-up comedian Ross Noble. The landmark motorcycle, a one-off Triumph Speed Triple, is the 500,000th unit produced by the modern Triumph Motorcycles company since Bloor revived the brand in 1990. Carrying VIN number 500,000, the milestone Speed Triple features a special red, white and blue color scheme with the triple-cross of the Union Jack on the fuel tank.

New spy photos have emerged capturing an updated Triumph Street Triple. Spanish publication Motociclismo has published photos of the 2013 Triumph Street Triple. The most noticeable change is a new low-slung exhaust replacing the current model’s dual underseat exhausts.
