Triumph Trident tech info
Triumph Trident description
This one really hurts. We are offering up for sale our 1996 Triumph Trident 900. This is an early model of Triumph's modern era. Starts and runs great. I have owned a bunch of bikes but this is the best all around bike I have ever owned. I simply don't have the room and the bike is sitting unused. Other than doing the service on the bike, the only change I have made is a Sargent seat. No matter where you go, everybody stops and looks at this bike.
If you arrange shipping, I will make the bike available for pickup but won't pallet or prep the bike without prior agreement. Really great bike for the money. For some reason, it isn't showing up in the ad but the winning bidder is required to make a $250.00 deposit within 24 hours of auction close. NOTE: Bike is available for sale locally. Seller reserves the right to end the auction earlier if sold before auction ends. |

It's being put together by a small team of people headed by former MCN editor and lifelong fan of British engineering, Jim Lindsay. "The driving force behind the project," says Lindsay, "Is to showcase some of the amazing expertise that exists in the British motorcycle industry." Enigma is being designed as a sharp-handling road bike with all-day comfort as one of the key goals.
2011-2012 Triumph Daytona 675 and Street Triple Recalled in Canada for Unapproved Wheel Bearings
Tue, 05 Feb 2013Triumph has issued a recall for the Canadian market for the 2011-2012 Daytona 675 and Street Triple because the wheel bearings were provided by an unapproved supplier. At the moment, the recall is only for Canada and no recall has been announced for the U.S. market.
2010 Triumph Speed Triple exhausts tested
Thu, 17 Jun 2010Over the last month I’ve been busy trying out some of the exhausts available for the Speed Triple. Apart from being very easy to fit, they all claim power gains of around 8bhp and give substantial weight savings. It’s worth noting at this point that Triumph only recommend Arrow cans and discourage the fitting of slip on exhausts especially if they are not mapped to the bike.
