NEW PARTS LIST: paint, tires, handlebars, pee clamps, clutch and brake lever, cables, fork caps, gators, grips, headlamp shell and rim, gas cap, tank badges, seat and springs, coil, shocks, chain guard, tail light, brake rod, chain, foot rubbers. NEW MOTOR PARTS: valves, valve guides, valve springs, pistons and rings, rocker caps, carburater, air cleaner, exhaust fins, clutch plates, bottom end bearings, rod bearings, all seals and gaskets. . . and much, much more. MUST SEE! Headlamp, gas tank and rear fender are painted British racing green. Gas tank has black liberty stripes. Headlamp and fender have a black racing stripe. Seat is custom made with a black crushed velvet top, vinyl sides and piping. Frame is chopped and molded. Swingarm is extended four which changes the angle of the shocks and the rake of the front end. Rear fender is mounted to the swing arm and moves with it so the fender can be close to the tire. New Triumph joins the family this Friday

I’ve been getting the train to work recently and if you’ve used London’s tube network in rush hour then you’ll know what I mean when I say the words ‘inhuman over crowding’. I had a call from the Triumph factory in Hinckley today and the good news is my new staff bike will be ready for collection on Friday.
Twin-Engined Triumph Rocket Streamliner To Challenge Motorcycle Land-Speed Record At Bonneville
Thu, 29 Aug 2013The 1,000-horsepower Castrol Rocket is currently undergoing testing for its upcoming assault on the land speed record of 376.156 mph, set in 2010, by Rocky Robinson with the Ack Attack streamliner. The goal: a 400-mph-plus record-breaking run. The 25-foot long x 2-foot wide x 3-foot high streamliner was constructed in cooperation by Hot Rod Conspiracy and Carpenter Racing and will compete in the Division C (Streamlined) – Type V (5) Spark Ignition, Over 2,000cc to 3,000cc class. Powering the Rocket are two heavily modified Triumph Rocket III engines. Each Carpenter Racing built engine was reduced from 2,294cc to 1,485cc (2,970cc total) to meet the 3,000cc maximum total displacement class rule requirement. While piston size remains the same stock 4-inch bore, stroke was reduced from 3.75 inches to 2.4 inches and redline increased from 5,750 rpm to 9,000+ rpm. There’s also one Garrett GT2876R ball bearing, liquid-cooled turbocharger per engine.

Tue, 28 Jun 2011From Akrapovic is a new full system for the Triumph 675 Daytona: After extensive research and development with the Smiths (Gloucester) Racing team, Akrapovic have now launched a full system for the popular 675 Daytona. Although the bike has been available since 2006 Akrapovic have only ever offered a slip-on silencer option, electing not to develop a full racing system for this bike. However, after unprecedented demand from the WSS and BSS paddock for racing products the decision was made to develop a full racing system in a modular format that allows the headers to be added to existing customer’s slip-on kits.
