Triumph Centennial description

A 2002 Triumph T100 Centennial that was manufactured in March 0f 2002 makes this all original, first owner motorcycle quite rare as the numbers go. A very rare model with less than 100 real 2002 Centennials manufactured before the assembly plant was mostly destroyed by fire that same month in 2002.

The bike was purchased in May of 2002 and is accompanied with the original Bill of Sale from the dealer. It also has the original issuing title from that same time. This Centennial has spent its life in a climate controlled environment and never driven on wet roads. As the pictures show, this bike remains in like showroom new condition.

There is a clear title that goes with the bike and will be provided after all funds have cleared the buyers bank. The seller requires a $500 PayPal deposit within 24 hours of the auction ending with the balance received by EFT or cashier's check in seven days. The bike is currently being stored in Southern California. The buyer is responsible for the shipping. Seller will assist with the coordination of the transport at the buyer's request.

Please call me if you plan to bid and your positive feedback is less than 10. In fairness to all bidders, I will not end the auction early.

Feel free to call or text for any additional information. 913 904 2848

New Delhi Auto Expo 2012 – Motorcycle Manufacturers Draw Battle Lines for World’s Second Largest Market

Mon, 09 Jan 2012

In past years, the biennial Auto Expo in India slipped under the radar while the industry was focused more on shows such as EICMA in Italy and Intermot in Germany. But with India’s middle class starting to flex its financial muscle while other markets continue to struggle, the New Delhi show is becoming much more prominent, with major OEMs positioning themselves to claim a piece of the India’s 13 million vehicles-a-year market. We’ve already looked at India-produced Royal Enfield’s new Thunderbird 500 and Hero Moto’s hybrid scooter concept which debuted at the Auto Expo, and today we’ll look at what the major international OEMs presented.

Speed Triple gets mean

Fri, 29 Oct 2010

I headed up the M1 this week to the Triumph Factory in Hinckley. The Speed Triple was due its 12000 mile major service and the workshop also had some new shiny bits to add to the bike for me. Service intervals are every 6000 miles which is more than bearable but the major service will cost you around £450.
