Triumph Bonneville description

1973 Triumph Bonneville five gear, vary fast dual carburetors. Brand new front brake master cylinder, brand new old stock mufflers. Just had the top end professionally done (push rods, timing, cylinders, spark plugs, new coils, and plug wires). This bike sat for a long time before I resurrected it earlier this year, all matching number bike, clear title, registered. Starts on 1 kick, has Boyer aftermarket ignition, brand new battery. This bike has rare 20" front rim with knobby tire(off road tire) bike comes with an extra front street tire...I put as much money as i could afford into it, now i have to get something out of it for the holidays. There is a small dent on the front of the tank by the handle bars, natural wear and tear on paint and chrome from age of bike, (30 yrs), bat wings (turn signal switches) are chipped. Right side carburetor needs a rebuild or replacement, bike cuts out from float sticking open and flooding the engine, could be an easy fix, but I've put enough money into it. It has a small oil leak which is vary common for British motorcycles as well. Would be a great addition for a collector or even a Sunday rider.$5000 OBOwould consider partial trade for pre 80's Enduro (Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, triumph, BSA, Harley)would also consider trade for early model BroncoText or Call Evan @ 530-282-XXXX anytime between 10am-10pm, if I do not answer, please leave a message or TEXT me.British bike, triumph, bonneville, tiger, trident, trophy, scrambler, BSA, Norton, Harley, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Buell, cafe racer, classic, biker, limey bike

Charge Up you iPhone While You Ride

Fri, 12 Feb 2010

Motorcyclists can now enjoy total freedom on the open road confident in the knowledge that their cell phones, GPS, MP3 players and latest generation of iPhone/iTouch devices will remain fully-charged and in-service for the duration of the ride thanks to Powerlet’s plug and play systems. “Our product line was inspired by personal experience and the realization that there were no worthwhile options for clean, reliable on-board power for cell phones, stereos and GPS devices,” says Powerlet Products founder Adam Bonislawaski. “Before we came on to the scene, riders would bust out the black tape and wire strippers and cut into their bike’s fragile wiring to tie-in a cheap cigar lighter to power their devices.
