Suzuki RV90 description

All Original 1976 Suzuki RV90 With 142 Original Miles Since New

Here we have for sale a very special all original 1976 Suzuki RV90 with just 142 original miles since it was bought new. This is a very unique and special opportunity to buy one of the lowest mileage Suzuki Rv90's in existence. It has just 142 miles in 40 years. I bought the bike from the original owners family who bought it brand new and rode it very little before it got stored away in their garage and forgot about for almost 40 years. The condition is impecible and something that you just don't see these days. This bike is untouched from the day it was new. It even had the original battery in it but I had to replace that when I got the bike running. I kept the original battery to go with the bike. The condition of the bike is almost like new, it was hardly ridden to give the bike any wear and tear on it. The original tires are still practically new, the front tire still has its nubs on it and the rear still barely has them on it. The seat is like new with no issues or tears in the material. The seat foam is very nice and comfy. The plastics are all in like new condition with no issues. The front fender is plastic and in excellent condition, it has just a couple of little scuffs in the edge of the fender. The rear fender is metal and in excellent like new condition. The handlebars and controls are all original and in like new condition. There is a little wear on the ends of the grips where im sure that is front leaning the bike against a wall. The exhaust is like new and has no issues. The chrome is like new on the bike and shines very nicely! The headlight bucket is very nice and has a couple of little scratches on the back of the bucket. The tail light is in excellent condition. It is missing the clutch side reflector on the tail light. There is a little discoloration of the engine side covers, im sure just from age. The cables are all in like new condition with no issues. The original mirrors even have their factory protective clear film on them that has discoloreded and started the flake off. There is even the original Suzuki "remove film" decals on the backs of the mirrors. The throttle is snappy, like the day it was sold new. The engine is a 90cc two stroke, manual clutch. It starts up first kick every time and runs like new and shifts through all of the gears perfectly. There is a little choke lever on the left side of the handlebars which you use to start the bike first and then release it. The bike is oil injected and still works fine. No mixing gas for the two stroke so that makes it easy! All of the electrical works perfectly, and all of the switches on the handlebars work too. The switches are perfect with no issues. I have the original manual and the original tool kit with the bike. There is some paint chipping on the frame below the petcock. It appears that the petcock leaked at one time, lifting a little bit of the black paint on the frame under the petcock. There is some nicks and scuffs here and there on the bike, like on the left side fork leg and the sides of the chrome turn signals, which is assume its from being moved in storage or from stuff rubbing against it while in storage. Look under the seat, it looks brand new under there. The fuel lines are original and are still in excellent condition, that just tells you it was ridden, put away with no gas and left in storage for 40 years. You don't find bikes like this, in this amazing condition, with 140 miles on it. You almost don't want to ride it because how nice it is and how few miles are on it. I however do not have a title with the bike, it was lost somewhere in 40 years of sitting and it was never found. Again, there is no title! I will provide and bill of sale if the buyer would like. Don't miss out on the super cool, rare, low mileage RV. These are super fun bikes to ride and are really compfortable for adults to ride too. Don't miss bidding because you may never come across a nicer original RV again. Please ask any and all questions that you may have before bidding on the bike. I accept cash, check or money order as forms of payment. The shipping is the buyers responsibility but I can recommend a shipper that I have used many times with great service. Their name is J&M Transport and they are a small, privately owner motorcycle shipping company who give great rates and fast turn around service. They can quote shipping over the phone, contact me for their phone number. Please email me or call 775-830-6760 if you need any questions answered. Thank for looking and good luck!

FILMED IN THE days when advertising campaigns were more based around glamour than fact, check this Max Factor commercial, featuring 1970s hot chick Erin Grey. Complete with Suzuki trail bikes and period attire, the Max babes look the part in their colour-matching jumpsuits. Reminds us of the joke: How did the Avon Lady get pregnant?

2013 AMA Supercross Indianapolis Race Report

Mon, 18 Mar 2013

Ryan Villopoto continues to be in championship form, taking his third consecutive victory and sixth of the season with a win at Lucas Oil Stadium for the Indianapolis round of the 2013 AMA Supercross Championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider had a calculated, methodical race to take the win and expand his championship lead to nine points ahead of Davi Millsaps. Millsaps took the holeshot in a chaotic start to the main event that saw several riders go down at the opening corner.
