For sale is an ORIGINAL 1968 Suzuki T-500 Cobra motorcycle.  All paint is original factory paint.  As you can tell from the pictures, it is a very nice bike.  For anyone wanting a non restore Cobra, you probably won't find a better bike than this !  1968 miles.  Original suede seat cover, original paint, original emblems, original chrome, original mirror and original manual..... You get the picture!  Speaking of pictures, check out all of them for this bike, it is remarkable! Motorcycle is 45 years old and does have a few imperfections. The worst thing is a dent in the bottom right side muffler, not noticeable unless you look at it from the ground. One small ding in oil tank and a Very small ding in left side chrome tank insert. The tank has no dents and is still brill inside with NO rust or pitting. No disappointments. If you have any question please contact me at 434-945-0494.

Suzuki Teaser Video About Its Return To MotoGP

At Intermot this year Suzuki made it official: the company was returning to MotoGP in 2015. There had been some speculation about a 2016 return considering that will be the year of new ECUs and a switch to Michelin spec tires, but team boss Davide Brivio confirmed the GSX-RR prototype will be in action next year, piloted by Aleix Espargaro and Maverick Vinales. However, Suzuki will also make a wildcard appearance at the season ending round of the championship at Valencia with test rider, Randy DePuniet, at the helm.

The first MotoGP pre-season test at Mayalsia’s Sepang circuit is complete, with Ducati, Honda and Yamaha‘s factory and satellite teams, as well as a handful of CRT entries, collecting data for the next stage of their race prototypes’ development. Absent from testing was Suzuki which announced last November it was leaving MotoGP racing. Suzuki cited the recession, the rising value of the Japanese yen and the natural disasters afflicting Japan in 2011 as reasons for leaving MotoGP, but the manufacturer did say it intended to return in 2014.

Suzuki to Relocate R&D Facility to Lower Tsunami Risk Area

Suzuki is considering moving its motorcycle research facility from its current coastal location to its main factory in Hamamatsu, Japan, to decrease the risk of damage from future tsunamis. According to a report in the Nikkei business daily, Suzuki is acquiring more land in Hamamatsu to house the research center and other facilities. Suzuki CEO Osamu Suzuki first brought up the idea to relocate some of its higher risk coastal properties during its 2011-2012 fiscal year forecast report.
