2011 Suzuki V-Strom 1000, I am unfortunately selling my Suzuki DL1000. The bike is like new with only 3254 miles on it. The bike has had all its regular servicing through authorized dealer, has never been layed down, or taken off-road. I used it as a daily commuter to work to save gas. There are no scratches and is as close to show room condition as a used bike could get. I am selling because I am looking to buy something else. It is a great bike and gets about 200 miles a tank and only takes $14.00 to fill up. The engine is absolutely amazing in this bike tons of power but only when you need it and mild when you want it. Rossi, Pedrosa Fastest In Second Sepang MotoGP Test
Fri, 28 Feb 2014Valentino Rossi and Dani Pedrosa topped the time sheets at the conclusion of the second MotoGP test at the Sepang track in Malaysia. Both clocked identical times of 1:59.999 to become the only riders to dip under the two minute mark the entire test. The hot and humid conditions in Sepang meant times wouldn’t be faster than they were in the first test here only a few weeks prior, and indeed, Rossi and Pedrosa’s time is 0.466 second slower than the fastest lap Marc Marquez set at the last test.
2009-2011 Suzuki GSX-R1000 Recalled for Side Stand Interlock Switch
Fri, 01 Jun 2012Suzuki is issuing a recall for 2009-2011 GSX-R1000 because of a potential failure of the side stand interlock switch. The interlock switch is what cuts off the ignition circuit on a motorcycle when the side stand is down and the transmission is in any gear except neutral. Its purpose is to prevent a motorcycle from moving with the stand deployed.
Kevin Schwantz to Race 2013 Suzuka 8 Hours
Wed, 01 May 2013Former Grand Prix World Champion Kevin Schwantz has been making the headlines a lot recently, and not necessarily for good reasons. But finally there’s some good news: Schwantz is coming out of retirement to race in the 2013 Suzuka 8 Hours endurance race. Schwantz is joining Yukio Kagayama‘s team for the July 28 race, riding a Japanese Superbike-spec Suzuki GSX-R1000.
