Suzuki Other description

I am selling a 2008 Suzuki DL 1000 V-Strom. The current mileage is 8,148 miles. The V-Strom has never been down and I have kept in a climate-controlled environment. The bike has Leo Vince SBK aftermarket pipes installed with K&N filter and Power Commander V. This bike was used for casual street riding and commuting to work. Overall the bike is very clean. There are a few minor scratches on the fairing, rear view mirror and top case and will need a back tire in the near future. Clear title in hand. Thank you for looking.

Tue, 18 Mar 2014

We’re just days away from the start of the 2014 MotoGP season and one would think it’s a little late for series organizers to make any significant rule changes. At least, one would think that if one were unfamiliar with the political back-and-forths going on between the major manufacturers and MotoGP promoter Dorna. But with the season-opening Qatar round about to begin, the Grand Prix Commission approved new rules establishing a compromise between the new Factory and Open options.

Defending champion Ryan Villopoto won his third consecutive AMA Supercross race in Arlington, Texas, but the victory was overshadowed by a season-ending injury suffered by one of his main challengers Chad Reed. TwoTwo Motorsport Honda‘s Reed trailed Villopoto in second place for the first six laps at Cowboys Stadium. Disaster struck on Lap 7 however as Reed crashed hard in the whoops.
