1978 Suzuki PE175 2-stroke dirt bike. Runs great, no mechanical problems. Front and back brakes are in good condition. The clutch is in good condition and all the gears function properly. Both front and back tires are in good shape. Plastic is faded but all intact with no cracks. The decals are gone. Left hand grip is torn on the end. Only thing this bike may need soon is the kick arm for the kick starter. The teeth on the arm are starting to strip but the teeth on the shaft that goes into the motor are unharmed. The bike can still be kick started like normal but to prevent further damage, it could be replaced in the future. Odometer does not work. Both the headlight and taillight are include but need bulbs. Bike has a new fuel filter and starts second or third kick every time. In the listing it says it has a clear title but it DOES NOT have a title, they didn't come with a title when new. Mon, 17 Feb 2014Eugene Laverty, aboard his Voltcom Crescent Suzuki GSX-R1000, led the field today as the first day of World Superbike testing got underway at the Phillip Island circuit in Australia, site of the first race of the 2014 season. Under sunny skies and perfect weather conditions, Laverty adapted quickly to his new ride after spending last season aboard the Aprilia RSV4 Factory. The Suzuki offered incredible feedback and allowed him to push right out of the gates, ultimately setting a fastest lap time of 1:30.513.
