Suzuki GSX-R description
For sale is my garage kept 2007 Suzuki GSXR 600 with a clean title in hand. It has 10,XXX miles. I still ride to work occasionally. Most of the miles are turnpike miles commuting to work. I've never lifted the front wheel off the ground and I do not stunt. The bike is in very good condition with minor visible wear and tear for a 9 year old bike. Clutch was replaced with a factory Suzuki clutch at 9k. Turns out it only needed an adjustment but I already had the parts. The seals on the forks began to show some cracking so I had those replaced at the beginning of the season along with a fresh battery and set of rubbers. All oil changes done every 2-3k with factory Suzuki synthetic oil change kits. The bike is not modified aside from adjustable clutch and brake levers, rear cowl (still have the original passenger seat) and a blue LED light kit tastefully done. There is about an inch and a half crack in the front fairing I'm assuming from road debris because the bike was never crashed. It's not even noticeable unless you look for it, I noticed it one day while washing. The bike starts right up with absolutely no hesitation every single time and she rides great. I'm asking $4750, please do not email me with insulting low ball offers. I am in no rush to sell, I plan on buying a liter bike next season. Reasonable vehicle trades negotiable. Initial contact must be made via email and if we take it further I will provide you with my number. No test rides without cash in hand. Also, if you are interested, I have a 2 month old Shoei RF1200 matte black helmet with antifog pinlock insert that matches the bike perfect. The helmet retails for over $500. The bike I plan on getting will not match the helmet.

New: Venhill 888 fast-action twistgrips
Fri, 01 Mar 2013CONTROL specialist Venhill has launched its new 888 range of bike-specific fast action twistgrips. Supplied complete with the company's top of the range Featherlight cables, the kits are designed for a straightforward replacement of the factory-fitted equipment. Bike-specific kits are now available for the Honda CBR600F, Kawasaki ZX-6R/ZX-10R, Suzuki GSX-R600/750, Triumph 675 Daytona and Yamaha R1/R6, among others, with prices from £105. Here's Venhill's description of the new product: "Manufactured with a robust CNC machined alloy body, the 888 fast action twistgrip provides a choice of two settings and is supplied with two rotors so that riders can select the throttle action that best suits the riding conditions. Settings can be changed swiftly by undoing the two set screws securing the throttle body and changing the rotor. On the fastest setting there is 80° of rotation, (taking up 36mm of the cable), which is typically 45% faster than 'standard' throttles.
