2004 SUZUKI GSX-R1000, This is a 2004 Suzuki GXR1000, and yes, it really does have 19,000 miles on it. Adult ridden, the bike is pretty clean for its age and miles. A minor blemish near the gas fill was the only thing I noticed when taking these pictures. We installed a new battery and tire, and she flew through our 33-point inspection with no troubles. Hopkins Breaks Hand in Testing Crash – Yes, THAT Hand
Mon, 13 Feb 2012Crescent Fixi Suzuki racer John Hopkins has broken a bone in his right hand during the first day of testing at Australia’s Phillip Island circuit. The injury was to the same hand Hopkins injured last season that eventually led to the amputation of the tip of his ring finger. Hopkins high-sided entering a corner riding a 2011-spec Suzuki GSX-R1000 (the 2012 superbike was not yet ready).

McGuinness is second on the all-time Isle of Man TT wins list behind the late Joey Dunlop who has 26. McGuinness was aided by two very quick and efficient pit stops by his crew.
