1999 Suzuki GSX-R600, BEAUTIFUL 1999 GSXR600 - Here is an excellent example of what a clean one owner bike looks like. This 1999 GSXR600 was brought in for consignment and will not last long. Very sharp, very clean, and very very well kept. there isnt anything a person could criticize about this bike. tires are excellent almost new condition. This GSXR will make the buyer a very happy camper. Other than the Windscreen, everything is still OEM, it is hard to find this generation in this nice of shape. stop down and see it in person. Yes, it has a couple of years under its belt. but it is still a GSXR! and the first generation that turned the world on its head for excellent handling, power, brakes, and overall performance. the passenger seat is also included in the sale. as with all bikes sold here, Karns Performance includes FREE lifetime State inspections as long as you own the bike (this does NOT include parts and labor needed to pass)

2009-2011 Suzuki GSX-R1000 Recalled for Side Stand Interlock Switch
Fri, 01 Jun 2012Suzuki is issuing a recall for 2009-2011 GSX-R1000 because of a potential failure of the side stand interlock switch. The interlock switch is what cuts off the ignition circuit on a motorcycle when the side stand is down and the transmission is in any gear except neutral. Its purpose is to prevent a motorcycle from moving with the stand deployed.

Wed, 27 Apr 2011The MotoGP circus moves into it's tenth appearance at the Estoril circuit, with the Portugease circuit playing host to a Grand Prix event in each of the previous nine years since the introduction of the four-stroke MotoGP formula at in 2002. Below is a reminder of the highlights of the previous nine MotoGP races held at Estoril: 2002 – Having won the last 500cc GP race at Estoril in 2001, Valentino Rossi (Honda) won the first of the MotoGP races held at the circuit. This was a race that was run in very wet conditions and Sete Gibernau had led for most of the race only to crash out with four laps to go.

Yes its good honest people back in charge of the Derbyshire circuit so we saw summer sunshine for Friday’s free practice and also for WSB race two on Sunday. The circuit is better than ever with a new Esses section in place, and while the paddock remains unchanged, work has already started that will see gradual revamp over the year ahead.
