NO TITLE. 1987 Suzuki GSXR 1100. Bike was dropped off at my shop couple years ago to put on new sprockets and chain and rebuild clutch master cylinder. After work completed, several attempts to contact customer no reply. No reply at last known address. I had a local police officer run the VIN and came back clear but the owner was deceased. Tried to contact family, no luck. Bike has been stored inside heated. At this point the inside storage outwheighs the value of the bike.I don't want the hassle of going through garage lien. So it is priced accordingly NO TITLE. Motor starts runs strong.Idles smooth.. NO smoke, NO engine noise. Just cleaned and synched carbs.. Yoshimura pipe- K & N filters sound excellent. Wheels and forks straight. Clutch and shifting fine. Goes into neutral easy. Gauges good, tank good.Upper cowl good. Cowling left side rough no good, but right side cowl good. Suzuki Reports Q2 2011-2012 Results
Tue, 15 Nov 2011Suzuki reported its second consecutive profitable quarter from its motorcycle division, following 11 consecutive quarters in the red. For the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2011, Suzuki raked in 62.3 billion yen (US$808.5 million) from motorcycle sales, compared to the 61.4 billion yen (US$796.8 billion) reported in the same period last year.
