1999 Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa, INTERNET SPECIAL - Introducing the incredible new 1999 GSX1300R Hayabusa. Named after a falcon -- the fastest bird in the world -- the Hayabusa is a machine so advanced it will undoubtedly establish an entirely new category: Ultimate Sport. To achieve Suzuki's performance goals, the GSX1300R has a sleek aerodynamic design developed during countless hours of wind-tunnel testing. In fact, the Hayabusa's streamlined bodywork has the lowest coefficient of drag of any Suzuki street bike ever produced. The clean lines of its aerodynamic fairing and the unmistakable design of its headlight do more than contribute to performance, they create a style that identifies the Hayabusa as a performance machine in a class of one.

Pipewerx's new Slash Cut slip-ons
Fri, 16 Sep 2011Pipe Werx, the British performance motorcycle exhaust company, has added a new product to its range – the Slash Cut Trim. Priced at only £79.95, delivered, the Slash Cut Trim easily bolts on with its supplied mounting clamp and spring to the catalytic converter in place of the heavy standard exit pipes on Yamaha’s R6 (2006-2011) and Suzuki’s GSX-R600/750 (K8, K9, L0). With the main aim of reducing weight and improving aesthetics on these machines, the Slash Cut Trim does give a marginal increase of throttle response and exhaust note.

Max Biaggi loses the plot . . and very nearly his teeth !
Tue, 29 Mar 2011I’ve just got back from Donington Park and the second round of the World Superbike championship. The racing was exciting, going off without a hitch, and the weather was unseasonably kind, but the meeting will be remembered by those in the fairly close knit WSB paddock for reasons other than the temperature or the race results. It’ll be remembered by most, especially those who witnessed it, as the meeting where Max Biaggi finally lost his already feeble grip on reality.
