This is a very trick and unusual bike. I do not know who did this conversion but they did a very professional job. The 1973 CZ380cc engine fits in this

1983 Husky XC frame like it was done at the factory.  Look at the pics and notice the position and angle of the engine in the frame. It couldn't be more perfect.

The engine swap was done with solid welded front motor mounts and swingarm axle thru the engine cases rear mount. Very well done. Chain alignment is straight. Custom

made cone pipe is rubber mounted and tucked out of the way with a DG type 2 oval silencer. Motor runs great with no piston slap. Clutch and gearbox are butter smooth

New Mikuni carb, petcock and air cleaner. Rubber mounted straight Moose steel handlebars with Magura controls and new grips. The Ohlins shocks and Husky forks

are very supple and the shock shafts and fork tubes are unblemished. It does need fork seals. The swingarm still has the side stand lug attached but no side stand. Seat has

the small tear (1/2") on left rear, foam is very firm. Tank is rust and dent free. Rear tire is a Dunlop 695 with very little wear. Front tire is a worn out chen shin that will need to

be replaced. There is a broken fin on the right bottom of the cylinder. Also, I see some silicone sealer on the right crankcase right above the countershaft sprocket, not sure if

this is a repair or what???There are no leaks. If this bike had some new plastic and frame paint, it would be one awesome collectable!!

It originated from the west coast and was raced in the CZ World Championship at Carlsbad, Ca. where you could run any bike as long as it had a CZ engine in it.
