1971 MOTO GUZZI Falconi Nueovo, The Moto Guzzi Nuovo Falcone was produced by Guzzi between 1971 and 1976, it s powered by a 500cc, air-cooled single cylinder engine and was fitted with front and rear drum brakes. The Nuovo Falcone (or New Falcon as there was a similar model produced between 1950 and 1967) became known as a reliable and easy to fix motorcycle and was quickly adopted by the Italian police, army and even the fire department. Approximately 17,000 were produced and due to their easy maintenance characteristics, many of them are still functioning today. The big 500cc single is easy to start thanks to a heavy flywheel and hand lever compression release. The engine tic over so slow you can count the beats. The torquey thumper accelerates with smooth ease. Our feature guzzi has seen only 32000 kilometers since new. 2012-2013 Moto Guzzi Griso, Norge, Stelvio NTX Recalled in Canada for Rear Suspension Problem
Thu, 01 Aug 2013Transport Canada announced a recall for the 2012-2013 Moto Guzzi Griso 8V, Norge GT 8V and Stelvio 1200 NTX because of a problem with the rear suspension. The double connecting rod in the rear suspension linkage may not have been manufactured correctly and may fail. Failure could result in a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

EICMA 2012: Moto Guzzi California 1400 Custom and Touring Versions Revealed
Tue, 13 Nov 2012Last week, we got a peak at the new touring version of the Moto Guzzi California 1400, the new flagship cruiser from the Italian brand. Piaggio has now presented the new California 1400 at the 2012 EICMA Show in both its touring trim and the custom version pictured above. The new Moto Guzzi California 1400 is powered by a 1380cc V-Twin engine, which Piaggio claims is the largest V-Twin produced by an European manufacturer.
