Very clean factory paint & original seat. Bike comes with, period correct, wixom ranger saddle bags & wixom fairing,. DB footboards. Guzzi V7 luggage rack. Original owners manual. Perfect for the Guzzi collector. I've had this beautiful vintage motorcycle for the last 10 years, but other projects have taken my time, and it needs to find a new loving home. Piaggio Reports 2012 Sales Results
Wed, 27 Feb 2013The Piaggio Group reported a 7.3% decrease in net sales and a 9.0% decrease in net profit for 2012, thanks in large part to a sharp decline in demand in Europe including an all-time low for motorcycle sales in Italy. Piaggio reported net sales of 1.406 billion euros (US$1.842 billion) in 2012, down from 1.516 billion euros in 2011. Motorcycles and scooters accounted for net sales of 993.3 million euros (US$1.301 billion), a 3.1% decrease from 1.025 billion euros reported for 2011.
EICMA 2012: Moto Guzzi California 1400 Custom and Touring Versions Revealed
Tue, 13 Nov 2012Last week, we got a peak at the new touring version of the Moto Guzzi California 1400, the new flagship cruiser from the Italian brand. Piaggio has now presented the new California 1400 at the 2012 EICMA Show in both its touring trim and the custom version pictured above. The new Moto Guzzi California 1400 is powered by a 1380cc V-Twin engine, which Piaggio claims is the largest V-Twin produced by an European manufacturer.
2012-2013 Moto Guzzi Griso, Norge, Stelvio NTX Recalled in Canada for Rear Suspension Problem
Thu, 01 Aug 2013Transport Canada announced a recall for the 2012-2013 Moto Guzzi Griso 8V, Norge GT 8V and Stelvio 1200 NTX because of a problem with the rear suspension. The double connecting rod in the rear suspension linkage may not have been manufactured correctly and may fail. Failure could result in a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
