2011 Kawasaki C-14 in black. It has 7314 mis and has been greatly cared for and only ever been riden by me. It has A Vance and Hines CS 1 Black exhaust, Sargent World Sport Performance Seat Non-Modular Version with CarbonFX seating inserts and Metallic Silver Welt, Cee Baileys Euro Tour domed windshield, Throttlemeister throttle lock, TechSpec Gripster tank pads, Techmount center mount for GPS, RAM Garmin 1300 GPS adapter, and a Whelen LIN three brake light, and two Heli Bar risers. Festivities will include a three category bike show, featuring one class sponsored by Motorcycle.com. Voting for the show takes place from 4:30–7:30pm.
Melissa Paris To Race FIM CEV Superstock 600 In 2014 Aboard Kawasaki ZX-6R
Wed, 15 Jan 2014With the recent turmoil in the AMA Pro Roadracing series lately, many teams and riders are looking at other options for the 2014 racing season. Among those is Melissa Paris, who recently announced she would be taking her talents to Spain next year to race in the highly competitive FIM CEV Superstock 600 class, aboard a Kawasaki ZX-6R prepared by Stratos Racing. The Spanish Roadracing championship will be run under the guidance of the FIM for the first time starting next year, which will have the side benefit of exposing Paris to more international teams and competition.
Report: Dorna to Replace Superstock Classes with More Stock-Inspired WSBK and New 250cc Class
Mon, 07 Jan 2013The coming World Superbike racing season may be the last to feature Superstock classes as series promoter Dorna tries to differentiate its WSBK and MotoGP properties. According to Italian outlet Motosprint, Dorna plans to rewrite the World Superbike and Supersport class rulebooks for the 2014 season to make the race bikes closer to their respective production models. This would create further separation between WSBK and MotoGP, with Superbike racing moving closer to its production-based roots while prototypes racing in the GP series.
