Kawasaki Other description

La Mer Lane at Meadowhill We are the 2nd owners of this 2007 Kawasaki KX100. It has been well maintained and serviced regularly. The bike has Monster Graphics and Billet Green accents. Bike runs excellent. In the photo you will see the clutch lever broken off. This bike is very fast!!!! If you're not familiar with it, this bike is built with an 85cc frame with a bigger motor and larger wheels. My son fell at the end of this season and broke it partially off. It still has half the lever and still operates properly. I will replace the lever before the buyer picks it up. The only reason I am selling it is because my son has outgrown it and needs a bigger bike and my daughters will not be riding this size bike. I am selling this bike outright and am not interested in any trades. Please call my cell or email me with any questions you might have.Gordon Barnes

Kawasaki Z1000 ABS Back For 2015

Wed, 10 Sep 2014

The Kawasaki Z1000 is nothing if not attention-grabbing, and for 2015 it will be back in Kawasaki’s lineup of motorcycles. Team Green calls it “Sugomi” styling, which combines its sculpted shape – invoking a crouching predator – with painstaking details like its special “Z” ignition key, machined aluminum steering stem bolt and the intricate “Z” motif seat cover. This is wrapped in a new color scheme for 2015 that combines Golden Blazed Green with Metallic Spark Black to create a dramatic motorcycle.

Fri, 01 Nov 2013

Motorcycle and scooter sales in the U.S. in 2013 remain consistent with last year’s figures, according to data released by the Motorcycle Industry Council. Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.

2011-2012 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Recalled for Crankcase Oil Leak

Fri, 10 Aug 2012

Kawasaki is issuing a recall on its 2011 and 2012 Ninja ZX-10R due to a potential oil leak in the crankcase. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, engine oil may leak from the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R‘s crankcase from a machined area where the starter is mounted. Leaked oil may pool on top of the crank case and, under continued use, spill onto the rear tire, reducing traction and increasing the risk of a crash.
