24" Cee-Bailey Aircraft Plastics windshield. Bergmen Engineering spin on oil filter adapter. Gen-Mar bar risers. OEM Kawasaki GTR1000 fairing extenders.. Accel super coils. All new brake pads 8-21-13. Avon Venom tires are about 1/2+ worn. This bike always starts instantly and runs great. Everything works as it should. Very low miles for a year 2000. I use it daily so miles will increase. Tail trunk (J.C. Whitney) and small rack. Custom fiberglass front fender extension keeps oil cooler and radiator clean and protected. There are a few very small scratches on the front fender. I have all original parts except the windshield. Ride this bike to work or across the country. I bought this from a retired gentlemen in 2006. Please no trade offers although may consider a GL1500 with cash adjustment. Pick up only, but may consider delivery between Woodridge, Il, and Lake Geneva, Wi. (on my schedule) as I ride that route frequently. Mon, 03 Mar 2014Ryan Dungey captured his first win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season in a wild main event that saw two of the top title contenders crashing on the starting straight at Indianapolis‘ Lucas Oil Stadium. Smartop MotoConcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi took the holeshot for the second race in a row, but the big news was incoming points leader Ryan Villopoto and Ken Roczen going down before the first turn. Roczen trailed Villopoto by nine points going into the Indianapolis round, but the KTM rookie’s hopes of overtaking the reigning champion took a blow when he went down on the straight, knocking Villopoto off in the process.

Fri, 16 Nov 2012Kawasaki reported an operating loss of 2.2 billion yen (US$27.1 million) from its motorcycle and engine business for its second quarter ended Sept. 30, 2012. Despite the loss, the quarter still represented an improvement from the same quarter last year which saw a loss of 2.3 billion yen.
